Without office hours active lets start a thread to discuss what needs improvement Without office hours active lets start a thread to discuss what needs improvement

So its been a while since office hours were a thing and I think its a good idea for wsop to continue to be engaged with what needs to be improved and what is working. Here are my thoughts on what needs improved.

1. The waistlist glitch - incredibly frustrating to deal with on a regular basis
2. Add bigger heads up sit and goes. The 50s are very popular and I could imagine up to 200s running pretty often.
3. The bet slider when playing PLO needs to be dragged all the way accross to go all in if the bet is less than pot. Its a minor problem but would be helpful if this is fixed for multitabling.

I also think bringing back a huge rakeback promotion would be great to bring the cash games back. That one that was in january I believe created so much action. I think the leaderboards are tough because most people know they have no shot at being top on it.

Its cool that you're trying, but the jury is in. The sites don't care.

Has the bug been fixed where the action reopens to the original bettor if a shortstack shoves less than a minraise and there's a cold caller?

I'd love it if they made the call any pre action button work.

Right now If someone is allin before me and i click it it still give me my turn instead of just putting the call in.

Anyone else experience this one?

WSOP does not care. If they did your #1 item "wait list" problem would have been fixed a year ago.

This is my second post about this subject, and a supplement to the email I sent WSOP. Please, please remove breaks for husngs, make the limits for husngs higher, and introduce turbo and hyper husngs.

Yes.

I would like to be able to play, that would be an improvement. Since their geolocation change there is some bug which shows me as connecting via a proxy server (which im not) when I am at my girlfriends house which is over half of my time. Its been over a month since this happened and have gotten no help from support. I am a very active player, currently platinum level but had no choice but to take the majority of my money out to play on other sites. Ive posted on here requesting help from WSOPBill and made several calls and emails to support trying to resolve it and have basically been ignored.

I'd love it if you fixed the colors of your traditional 4 color deck. GREEN SPADES!?!? BLUE HEARTS!?!?!?!

Would like to see them fix the 3/4 day wait before they actually start to process your ACH withdrawal. During this time your withdrawal is reversible.

I know they do this on purpose to convince ppl to change their minds and keep it on but I would rather just see people get their money faster on the whole and if it stops a wishy washy player from dumping it back on the tables that's fine with me.

At least change it to 1 day instead of the 3 or so it is now.

Regarding slow cashouts try cage cashier. It has taken under 14 hours for me both times and you cant reverse it. It is a crazy quick process too. I just leave the car at valet tell them ill be 2 minutes and im in and out.

nope, not fixed.

- if 2 people are playing heads up at cash and a 3rd player sits but chooses to sit out then the blinds are incorrect for the players playing heads up for the next hand...clearly needs to be addressed.

- when a tournament goes from 3 handed to heads up the blinds are incorrect for at least 1 hand, often times 2.

- ****THE TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE OF THE 30R AND 10R NEED TO BE ADDRESSED**** the 30r is WAY too shallow in the money and at the final table. to fix this, the levels need to be lengthened so the struture doens't deteriorate at the end. 12 minute levels would be perfect. to stop the tourney from lasting forever the amount of starting chips needs to be reduced drastically. also, 2 hours is clearly too long for the rebuy period. if it was 1 hour rebuy and a much smaller starting stack then everything would be better.

frankly, it's just absurd that a 140 person tourney is taking 6+ hours, and this tourney doens't have a good structure when you're playing for these massive pay jumps at the final table...just an utter disaster overall.

- the time of hte 10r needs to be moved up, it starts too late and would be much more popular at an earlier time.

- the sunday tournament schedule is awful. your major starts at 3pm, then the $100 starts at 8pm...what are people supposed to do for the 5 hours in between? i can tell you waht they actually do...they certainly don't play poker. it results in an entirely different crowd for the 3pm and the 8pm tourneys. move the $200 back to 6pm, OR move the 8pm $100 up to like 5pm, and how about you just leave the super popular and successful 30r at 7pm like every other day of the week. this way you ahve big tourneys every 2 hours and you get people to sit and play poker all day

Also a problem in cash. They have it designed so the button is always moves and there are always 2 blinds so if the SB leaves, then someone doesn't pay a BB.

It almost seems like they have given up which is really unfortunate. How they have a dedicated forum where their higher volume players frequent and they dont utilize this tool is insane.

Was anyone else having problems last week with software crashes? It happened a few times to me and a few others said they were experiencing the same.
10-18-2014 , 07:49 PM
no crashes but temporary disconnects

I know Kill____nits was experiencing a lot of crashes too. I have been alright for the last few days but for a few days it was crashing often.

they want to perception of big guarantees. hence they make every tourney a rebuy with a very long rebuy period to pump up the prizepools.

if they ran tournaments at better times, and offered the types of tournaments that players want at the correct buyin levels then they would not have to do this...but they don't seem to care enough to change things

Fixing table imbalancing late in tournaments would be wise.

The major NJ event yesterday was 7-4 at one point for an extended period, and the players were not at all happy about it.

Obviously it was wsops dream for someone last year to win a satellite and bracelet something especially the main. Why are they not already running satellites to next years wsop? Do a lammer system where u lock up tourney dollars. Then the series is here and you can use your balance you have in tourney dollars for live events. Maybe even run a long promotion that leads to satellites. Support went from being somewhat active with the community to being completely hands off. They have still yet to address problems that are a year old. I understand the numbers arent there for what they wanted but its almost as if theyve given up on the Nevada market.
