I've played quite a few hands on WSOP.com software, and may be able to help with some software issues. Here are a few things I've found to be useful:

Wait list bug - When your seat is open and it tells you to sit, only to be rejected your open seat.
I've found if you cannot take your seat, quickly close that particular table. Re-load the same table you were meant to join, and click the open seat to join. If this doesn't work, quickly click unjoin wait list, and click the open seat button as fast as you possibly can. Even if the next opponent clicks the seat, still try to click it if opens up. I've found this to work for me > 50% of the time. It won't work every time, but when you REALLY want that seat, it's worth a try.

Location Verification Issues
I have ATT service, so I'm not sure if this is the same for all users. MAKE SURE TO TURN OFF LTE BEFORE LOGIN. . WSOP.com will rarely verify my location with LTE on. If you have an iPhone, and are unsure how to do so go to settings > cellular > enable LTE > and select off.
I also find this to be useful for additional security measures on the flip side. While not playing, I make sure to have LTE switched on so my account is essentially locked.
Having LTE on while playing is risky. You will most likely get booted due to verification issues sometime throughout your session.

WSOP.com APP login issues
If you are experiencing login issues with WSOP.com using the app, make sure to have the correct app downloaded. There are currently 2 apps in the store. If you are in NJ, you are fine with downloading the first WSOP icon you find in the app store. If you are in NV, be sure to search a bit in the app store for the logo NEVADA underneath. Search "Nevada WSOP" in the app store, and you shouldn't have a problem finding the correct one.
