For what it's worth, my cash out took 4 business days, 6 days over all from the request to having it in my bank account. For those of you waiting longer...are you using the direct ACH method or are you waiting for checks to arrive in the mail?

Poor service is poor service.

And what WSOP doesn't realize is that alot of players had gone through major difficulties getting their money on former poker sites and this brings upo bad memories and reignites those same fears, even if this is now regulated. You all need to practice better customer service, like ultiamte bet(whose software is crappy, but at least u can get ur money quickly)

I don't know why WSOP cannot just admit there is some kind of problem rather than just telling every single player..."tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow."

First they claimed it takes 3 business days then 24 hours. Now it's 3 business days then 1-5 business days.

Thank you very much. Please just give us some answers on when we can be paid. I was told it was PAID on Nov 4 and a MAX of 24 hours.
Hi, Aria, as always, you are welcome to send a PM with your info, and we can help facilitate response from support. We do not have access to you personal information (for obvious PII privacy reasons), but are here to help assist with the support process. Thank you.

I requested a cash out on 10/30/2013. I emailed support and they said it has been paid. When I check the checking account that you guys should have on file the same one i deposited with there is no deposit from you guys into my account? What is going on? Your site says we get the money within 3 business days and it has now been 9. I would gladly meet a rep live here in Vegas to collect my money if that is what you need me to do.

Wow lol. Amazing timing. A few hours after I post this the transfer has gone through to my bank. Glad it went through but please work on speeding up the pay out time next time.

Interesting to note that the "Deposits and Withdrawals" thread is already as long as the main thread in this support forum.

My $600 withdrawal on the 30th showed up in my bank today.
11-08-2013 , 09:51 PM
Requested withdrawal on the morning of 11/2 and received it in my account today 11/8.

I did not hassle support, or pm anyone on here to expedite. I wanted to see how long it would take without any interference. Was it longer than I originally expected, yes. But it wasn't unbearable.

I think this was due to the large amount of people playing in the online series the week prior. Some people(including myself) came in from out of town to play and I think most, if not all hit the withdrawal button before leaving the state.

If this is indeed the case, wsop should have just said that there was a high number of requests and that it would take a few days on top of the typical 2-3 days to process the backlog. Maybe give everyone affected a $10-$50 credit based on number of hands played, or withdrawal amount.

When I saw that people were contacting the payment processor, or were told by support to contact the payment processor it really did not sit well with me. WSOP should be facilitating all of this for its users. It's the payment processor they chose. They should be handling any issues with them and provide users with updates as they come. The users shouldn't have to be contacting anyone other than WSOP support.

It sounds like these are just growing pains. I would hope that their 90 day goals include the following:

Hiring enough support staff with the ability to provide meaningful responses.

Make cashouts/deposits available at all Caesars properties and explore different payment processors.

Have better communication with users via twoplustwo/pocketfives/social media so that if and when issues arise, everyone is made aware of what they are and the steps that are being made to fix them. People are usually mor forgiving if they know what in the loop on what is going on.

Make sure that bonuses and promotions are clear and that support does not misinterpret.

Your feedback is sincerely appreciated, and it has been parsed out to the relevant teams for consideration. Thank you, again.

The withdrawal process is a complete **** show. Misleading information in emails, being strung along by support and outright lied to.

Pretty sad that sites that don't operate with full legal faith/backing of the government can have an easier and faster payment service.

These kinds of issues/etc. would be understandable if it was your first month or so of service, at this point it is absolutely ridiculous.

Between this and poorly ran promotions and bad support, it really doesn't make any sense to continue playing here.

(I've been waiting 5 days already for a withdrawal after completing the full verification process, spoke to support and was told it would take at least 2-5 more days, after receiving emails stating I would have it with-in 3 days from finishing the verification.)

In comparison I received my UltimatePoker withdrawal the next day.

If I continue to play on wsop.com, it won't be because of how the site is ran. It will be in spite of.

Still haven't received my funds. -.-
11-13-2013 , 03:15 PM
I deposited $2000 on 11/1 via bank transfer, ran it up some, cashed out 2k at 2am on 11/2. It is showing as status PAID as of 1:17 pm on 11/6. As of right now, I still have not received any of the funds back into my bank account. This is truly unacceptable. There is not a single good reason why a bank transfer cashout should take this long. How can stations have a better cashout system than Ceasars? I can guarantee you this is a major reason why you don't have better traffic on the site, and I'll probably give up on it if I don't have my cashout in the next few days.

WSOP doesn't really care. Luckily I found that out with the min deposit and their lack of sophistication in the deposit bonus process. Stations took a gamble in building it all here, but it's paying off so far in spades. WSOP is offering the same international experience as available before with smaller sites (well, worse, because it has to operate in a legal fashion, and thus high rate of denial/slow service).

Requested $800 withdrawal on 11/8. Received email confirming document verification on 11/9. Marked paid in cashier on 11/11. Credited to checking account on 11/13.

That's pretty good, considering 11/9 was Saturday, 11/10 was Sunday, and 11/11 was Veterans Day. Looks like they have cleared the OC backlog.

F Me, I'm an idiot. I received credit in my bank account on 11/8, and somehow missed it, probably because I expected it to be in $500 chunks like I bought in with, idk. A thousand apologies. Completely acceptable cashout turnaround for me, completely unacceptable number comprehension and whining BY me.

I'd STILL like Cashier cage cashout, though.

Did they raise the limits? Is everyone capable of making more than a $500 deposit, or did you have to fill out a special form etc?
