He knows I am the aggressor and could easily have an ace, yet he c/r me anyway. FD is possible, but could be expensive to find out => fold.

I think this fold is fine. The best you can hope for is that he's bluff raising a flush draw, but the pot is so small and the board hits your UTG range so hard that if he is bluffing here, he's making a big mistake. Fold now and wait for a better spot.

Folding here can't be a horrible mistake. Calling down and folding to a spade or a K probably isn't horrible either. Then again J isn't a very good card either. So I think folding is the best play here.

All the cards you list that he should fold on (if he decides to call down) also give him a draw.

I'm obv talking about the river. But turn K/J we don't get the odds to draw to 4 outs. Spade turn we probably have to call and call again if 4th spade hits and fold otherwise?
