Yes, I'm exchanging at $0.016/FPP--that's the $4k rate. If you use the concierge, you'd do a tiny bit better. At some point, you wouldn't have enough receipts to cover the concierge, so you'd end up with the $4k's.
I'm using 3.5FPP/VPP for a current SN.

so now for the more advanced calculations. what does it takes in terms of hours and hands to reach the 200k and 300k playing 5/T.
i think i might hit the 200k,if i move up 300 seems possible as well...
I'm guessing you're going to get about 1.25VPP/hand at 5/T 6m. I have trouble doing more than 4 tabling, but YMMV. Given 80 hands/hour, let's say 400 VPP/hour. So, 250 hours for each 100k VPP. That works out to 80k hands, VPP bonus level. Given 1BB/100, you'd make $8000 per 100k VPP. So, as a 300k VPP who wins 1BB/100 at 5/T, you'd make another $24k in poker winnings. Total earn for the year would be $47,400.
Of course, you'd also have built a nice 30/60 bankroll and ZOMG and DrElo would make fun of you for only playing 5/T. Again, YMMV. Based on all of this, you'd make 1BB/100 in poker and about the same in bonus. RoR-wise, you'd be a 2BB/100 winner, and your BR requirements would actually be pretty reasonable. Even with a 20SD, your BR for a 1% RoR is only 460BB. For a 5% RoR, you'd only need a 300 BB BR.
Short answer: You can hit 200k VPP playing 2 hours a day 5 days a week. That's 1/4 time. As a 1BB/100 winner, you'd expect to make about $31k playing poker with winnings + RB.
