He is tight and solid 90% of the time imo. And probably better than ~75% of the players at 10/20.
Its the other 10% that costs him, but even then I dont think his spew is as horrible as it is depicted in this thread.
Of course some of the hands that has been shown here are just horrible plays, but I have never seen him do stuff like that when im at the table.

And that call down with AQ vs QQ was just completely standard. VS the right opponent I would have played it exactly the same.

I wonder if he reads these forums.. This thread is almost becoming his personal couching site

Most of the time he spews just about the perfect amount to be a real pain in the ass. Occasionally though its like he decides for some reason that he's going to bluff this hand, and goes like 5 BB beyond the point that it should have been painfully obvious his opponent has a monster and isnt folding.

Hmm, this sounds like me. I could pull three hands from last nights 1000 hand session that are just pure spew, but I guess it's good that I remember them and it's only about 0.3% of my hands. 1 of them was a bluff that I wouldn't give up on and the other 2 were funny call downs where I'm winning about 1 in 100 times.

Today I spewed my ass off. Not really just running ****ing awful and make idiot fish feel like they are amazing players.

sigh.

Guys I think I have to hide myself because I think I'm on Vinny Ferret's buddy list and he keeps owning my life. Unless he beats everyone for 7bb/100 over a large sample and I'm just being paranoid.

I know your probably saying "buddy list" as more of a hypothetical thing but is there any way to keep a buddy list on stars other than remembering names and manually searching them? A buddy list feature would be great imo!

This is probably old news, but has Poker Analytics like quit their operations or something? Just happened to Google for it, haven't actually used it.

k345 definitely beats 10/20. I've seen how his play can overwhelm the typical 10/20 loose passive fish.

Also, I wonder if MCJS is on 2+2 ...

Yeah. He also overplays his top pair hands way too frequently in spots where his opponent has no incentive whatsoever to be going crazy with a worse hand.

Like multiway protected pot with a fish and no draws on the board, he'll play TPTK like its the nuts.

Also, I remmeber looking him up on pokeranalytics, he was a marginal loser over about 70k hands they tracked on him.
Overall I suspect he's a marginal winner, because he wins his fair share of pots.. which is a huge source of profit against people who dont also try to fight for their share, or push their good hands hard enough to make up for their lack of pots.

since it's apparently closed down operations, you guys can talk about it now

wtf was poker analytics?

I don't think it was meant to be used as a scoreboard. ;-)
