all micros-->1-2-->5-10-->10-20-->30-60->...
Is 3/6 really a bad idea to jump up from 2/4?...if so I will just grind out 2/4 the next few months till I have enough bb's for 5/10.

Why is 3/6 so damn tough to beat...i understand the blind structure some what sucks and there are quite a bit more regs, but what does everyone else think of 3/6?

It's not tougher, I beat 3/6 for more than I do 2/4.

I would not jump , i would play there. Think of it like this. U play 2/4 & 3/6 which means you have almost as many tables to choose from as you do at 3/6. A ton of tables which are loaded with fish if you know where to look. Diversify your edge.

I'm gonna seriously go off if someone says I run well one more time. I am in fact running only okay for the last 3 months. How does one run well over 110,000 hands? Well, I guess it could happen, but I feel the first 110k hands were a learning experience and I am prepared to play better in the future., so I expect better results going forward. I may be lazy about actually playing, but my study habits are way above par.

So avoiding 3/6 because it "may" be tougher is a mistake. 5/10 on the other hand is a different animal in my experience.
Move up to 10/20+ imo!!
If you really didnt run very hot for that sample there is no way you cant beat 10/20+ for at least 1-1,5 BB/100
08-28-2009 , 09:13 AM
what hen means: go grind out 5-10 for 400k hands before u move up

How can you say this and not see where it ends? I think this forum now has the collective goal of making you go off.

P.S. You run white hot

Maybe it's a level ?

Running at 49 W$SD isn't running hot imo. Running hot would be like 52-53 W$SD since he goes to showdown so much. Am I right?

Either way - this flies in the face of the theory that you "can't protect a hand" at LHE no ?
