Since i am also 100/page ill spread some wisdom:

Unfit people should be careful when doing hard physical labour.

The only thing that is strong on me is my legs, ill let you guess why, so when trying to lift something really heavy my hands usually does not have the power to hold it.

So today i am gonna lift up a heavy firewood log on a trailer and to my help i have a "timber claw" giving me a monster grip. Since this is the last log the trailer is full so i need to lift it high to get it on top.

I lift like Zeus letting my legs do all the work but log is barely moving but my body is going upwards! (small dramatization). My shoulder hurts like nothing i can remember since slamming the car door on my hand. Must have been so close from popping it.

Now i am sitting here with pain in my shoulder and elbow and a numbness on the top of my hand.

well idk what people at 15/30 have here but when fish at 5/T and below c/c - c/r here they flopped a set or 2 pair about 95% of the time
