I am never getting a great job now, but I am fine with that.

If I got a job as a PhD in a bank as some analyst or in a consultant company I would start at 40k DKK a month. Thats around 9k USD. After income taxes that would be around 22k DKK. Working 45 hours a week that ends up around 100 DKK an hour post tax or about 22 USD post tax. (For comparisons sake a big mac is 26 DKK ~ 6USD here and 50 centiliter of coca cola is 15 DKK ~ 3 USD)

In poker my hourly is hovering somewhere between 250 and 300 USD or 1200 and 1450 DKK.


Should I make 100 or 1350....? Hmm

It is simply just not worth it working here. Also the pleasure I get from not contributing to this God awfull socialist system can not be measured in kroner or dollar

Good that I transfered a bunch of money to GBP accounts, when the € was at 1,44$ and the GBP was at 2,04$. Now the € is at 1,60 and the GBP ist at 1,97$. **** me.
