I'm pretty bad at multiway pots...

UTG opener is one of the biggest winners at 10/20, plays unorthodox (think passive, doesn't auto c-bet, etc) but is smart and TAGgy. Other two players are bad LAPs, though the BTN is closer to a bad LAG.

I can't see a player described calling the turn, or maybe even betting the flop, with just overcards, so all you really beat is a busted FD. If he plays every busted FD like this it's pretty close, assuming you don't have to worry about BB having you beat, but you need him to be bluffing almost all of them to call. I think he should be bluffing close to all of them as long as BB isn't calling stationy, whether he will is another matter.

BB is v call stationy.

I don't have the stones to reraise preflop with 87s, so I probably fold.

I don't mind the flop and like the turn. On the river, well, there are ten big bets in the pot, we have top pair, and it's limit hold'em. I'd call, expecting to lose.

you also lose to 100% of UTG's range

doesn't matter if there are 1000 BB in the pot on the river

We do have to remember that I am essentially a maniac and UTG is well aware of this.

I'm not sure about the flop c/r. With your read he will not cbet this flop 4w with AK.

vs 66 hero has 12 outs
vs 77 hero has 15 outs
vs 88 hero has 12 outs
vs 99+ hero has 12 outs
vs 2OCs hero has 9 outs.

Hero plays OOP and cant take a free card. At least BB should fold to the c/r.
I think hero has not enough Equity/Foldequity vs UTG to c/r the flop.

+1 folding the river.

He valuebets 66,A x, 99+.
This is not a bluff with 77, K/Q high.
