These hands are weird and I never know how to play them...
Villains is pretty lagfishy...around 55/30 or so..

K8o is a slight dog to the top 55% of hands and you'll be oop so i don't think hero can raise pf unless villain hates his buttons 
beyond that you'd have to have some idea of his post flop tendencies and aggression in general and vs hero to figure a hand. a true lag is probably raising any pair on the flop, but i still think hero has to c/f the turn (given that hero already raised pf and bet flop)
