I don't often do it but this seems like a good spot to. Villain is 29/22/34 over 52 hands. Small sample but he's done some nitty stuff to back up those numbers. I've also been showing down preeetty loose at the table.

I think raising pre-flop here is an option, although I see benefits to just calling here as well. You have an equity edge for sure and some guys trapped so raising is fine. However, just calling preserves your relative position on good flops. It's somewhat complicated though because this guy might actually check a decent amount of flops. I like the way you played the hand because he's probably going to check that card a decent amount after two of you call that dry board.

It's a tough spot against an observant opponent. If you fold, it's obvious what you folded and he might take a note of that (as well as anybody else watching). However, you're probably not ahead enough to call this river since I doubt he expects anybody to actually fold a pair. That being said, I call the river for the meta reasons and hope that he has KJ or is turning a pair into a bluff. Maybe you can mix up your play on this one.
