Villain is 27/21 with 24% flop CR. Fold turn?

    As played, it's a clear turn fold.
    But I don't like your flop 3bet at all. 24 % check/raise is not that much, especially for a tight player like him.
    I would just call the flop and turn and re-evaluate on the river.

    It is not that low either, mine is 27% ish and I CR OESD/FDs all day here.

    I fold the turn. The only worse card for you would have been the A of clubs.

    I think we gained a lot of info by 3 betting the flop. When he caps and leads that scare card, we can be done with the hand.

    Clear fold on the turn. (You didn't ask, but the preflop raise is a bit loose unless both the active player and all the players yet to act are pushovers.)

    I don't think isolating an UTG open-limper with K8s is too loose. Most times you end up with position, initiative and have the best hand.

    As for the hand, I like the 3 bet because at 1/2 players with those stats will c/r all draws and 2nd pair. The turn sucks, so good fold.
