I hate this situation, as probably everyone do. I dont want to fold to fd, OESD, gutshot, but againt his range my equity is bad.

I think calling down is a bad move, so i dont do it. But i'm not sure what is better between c/f and betting/folding turn, and c/f river UI if he do just call

You can begin you BB defense with a PF 3bet.

b/f the turn is not a good move, as well aw a calldown.

Just c/f it.

I never/rarely 3bet this hand PF.

c/f turn. i also think a c/f on the flop would be totally fine

A8o has a good PF equity against typical CO open range.
