Villain is a 35/25 with 17 3bet% and 39%wtsd
He probably thinks I am a std aggro reg.

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
Limit Holdem $2(BB) Replayer
SB ($3.50)
BB ($68)
Hero ($125)
CO ($78)
BTN ($71.50)

Dealt to Hero 9 T

Hero raises to $4, CO raises to $6, fold, fold, fold, Hero calls $2

FLOP ($15) 7 4 A

Hero checks, CO bets $2

Hero's plan is to raise and bet any turn.
What if the flop was A76 ??

The 3!% is surelly prety high but we have to see the rest.

If he thinks that you are an reg, lets say an 30/20ish his range got to be smaller.

Hero is opening from the Highjack, so the range is even smaller.

Maybe i'm puting him in a very narrow range but i think that the only hands that dont have an Ace on is range is low Pocketpair and KQs, maybe KQo.

So I think that in this spot, we are trying to make a hopeless bluff. And if he calls the the raise on the flop, i dont think that he is folding on the turn.

On a A67 flop, we have more equity and the bluff doesnt cost us much. but i even so i think that is not a good spot to bluff.

With no pair and no back doors it's just a stone cold bluff to play on.

Just let it go and move on.

Too few hands that u will raise for value here, only sets/2 pairs, rarely Ax, cause u will often play wa/wb. If villain is a thinking player he will often rebluff hands with no sd value and he will not fold pairs. Thus I don't see a point in bluffing here.

I really don't think we need to worry about villain re-bluffing us with K high here, we need to worry about the fact that we have 10 high on an A-7-4 flop. Seems like pretty standard c/f. Given the fact that he 3 bet our hijack range I would still expect his range to be quite strong, despite his high 3 bet%
