You need to be good about ~1/8.5=0.117 with implied odds. So you need .117*46=5.4 outs. Your ace should be good enough to add 1.4 outs to your 4 gut shot outs.

I call the turn planning to call a blank river.

He could be raising top pair or better, but also a flush draw or second pair.

Definitely call turn, Q is good many times also. I don't think a river call can be profitable though.. Basically your only hope is a busted FD.
