it's also de facto untrue (except for bizzare ******ed definitions of "de facto"). Where the funding comes from does not determine if an agency is "part of" the federal government.

The USPS's board of directors is appointed by POTUS, confirmed by the senate, it has soverign immunity, has emminent domain power, it can negotiate treaties, but hey, it's somehow a "private entity" according to airwave, who suffers from ihatethatguysohemustbewrongitis, a debilitating condition often seen on the interwebs where dumbasses just keep plowing ahead with a ******ed argument because they can't admit to overplaying their hand.
