that might be a product of the fact that racism has been much more a factor in politics and the news of late. And it seems to me that there are less people endorsing sexist ideas... most of the sexist people I can think of are people who everyone kind of dismisses as just horrible trolls anyway (Sputnik, herbertstemple, mark32##, unicorn??)

I can think of 3 issues involving women of late which isn't much in the grand scheme of things - women's pay relative to men, college rape and the issue of how women politicians are treated differently by the media. Am I missing any?
