Think, uh, maybe old Fred might've passed a buck or two Donny's way prior to dying? It's happened a couple of times before with uber-rich parents and spoiled kids, I think.

Also, how hard would it have been to make money in NYC real estate in the 70s', 80's, and 90's had you been handed tens of millions to start?

I made a cultural reference to an old SNL clip where an impotent middle manager played by Will Ferrell who no one respects starts saying stuff to his mocking family like "22 people report to me, Im a very important person" and "You dont talk to me that way, I drive a Dodge Stratus".
