Ive sent the ceo this msg through twitch: my name is thomas username tmoneyx2 on acr i played a mo mo mo freebuy satelitte today 12/21 at noon for entry into the 25k plo sunday special and when it was down to two tables i went to preregister due to the fact i have to work sunday so the 215 $ will be credited to my account and the tourney was not in the lobby so i called and advised support so i can preregister to get amount added to my account. rep advised tournament will be up or i will be credited 215$ on my account. I won the ticket and $215 was credited and i started registering for saturday games and the money was taken out.After speaking with your very rude customer service til 7pm when the tourney stilll wasnt up they will not credit my account and are telling me i have to take the plo 25k sunday ticket when it was wpns fault i was not able to preregister and the ticket was already credited with cash and i was told it would be then the tournament team decides to take it out.the tourney was not up or i would preregister as i have many times due to working sundays. The supervisor would not credit my account either after staying on hold for 45 minutes. Can you please look into this and have the $215 credited into my account before your customers are lost for good.as I would have pre register and converted to cash if the tournament was posted like every other plo special tournies on sunday which are all up but this one.. $215 is a lot of money and this is unacceptable to treat your players like this.Please heklp me fix this 215$ is alot and i cant play or sell the ticket when it wasnt my fault and your support and supervisor on duty where very rude and unhelpful when this was WPNs fault not mine. Every other site mtt satellite are not for a specific time maybe they would not lose players when they slack on there job and do not provide proper means to rectify a issue they caused. Ill withdraw and never play on wpn again
