What software does WPN network allow?

I'm getting some mixed info in my searches on this.
Is there a place that wpn has listed the software they allow to be used that won't violate TOS in any way?
And if so what do you guys prefer for hud's and trackers?
Heard some nightmare stories of people getting frozen out before and don't want to have to worry about that.

PT4 and HEM both work fine and are not against TOS.
