SNG/Tournament Glitch when BB is Eliminated

I did a quick search and didn't notice that anyone else posted this but I may be mistaken.
After the BB is eliminated in a tournament or sng (or ring game for that matter), only the BB is supposed to be posted in the next hand. On BCP when the BB is eliminated, I've noticed - once in a tournament and once in a sng - that the player who is supposed to post the BB the next hand ends up posting just the small blind and the next player posts the BB.
Has anyone else noticed this?
