I had about 11k combat points on ACR, and requested via email to be changed back to the VIP system from rakeback, and instead of changing me back; they emailed me saying they took the combat points out of my account since they are not useable.

I wanted to change back to VIP (for good...which I read I can do), to take advantage of the points......

Dont think you can change back if you changed to RB, you get one change and then its perm I believe.

You can only change programs once per the life of the account.

i know its probably easy to find but i cant find it anywhere, whats better rakeback or vip level? if you can get legend but no shot at getting icon..?

I can't even figure out how to use any VIP points. I buy money with the points, nothing goes into my account, no matter how many hands I play. I'm probably better off with RB since I can't figure how to get any rewards under the current program.
