anyone else seeing their rakeback page not updating properly? Two days ago I had $49 to redeem and in those two days I have spent roughly 5 hours playing plo100-200 and now my rakeback is only $51. This cant be right.

same, I did live support, said they were working on it, later on I had the money to redeem but the "total rakeback" was not updating...only the 'redeem part'

Just gone an email and they have creditted my account with the missing rakeback. Hopefully it is fixed now.

This is happening for me as well. I have a deposit bonus going and every time I hit the 120 ap to unlock a bonus, the bar restarts but I am not able to redeem

Has anyone had this issue resolved yet? I have had several chunks of my deposit bonus that were supposed to be released & the progress bar keeps rolling over without crediting me the bonus (i.e. the Available Bonus Cash says $0.00 and click here to redeem does not light up)

We ran a report on all the RB and i have been told that everything has been rectified and updated. There was an issue after the previous update.

It should of been updated and everything should be correct as of yesterday but if you do think there is still an issue please pm me and we can take another look.

Mine is now fixed, however the deposit bonus chunks which I unlocked while the problem was going on (at least 4-5) did not get credited. Only the one I released this evening was credited.
