i have been trying to open the sports book for roughly 30 minutes now and been unsuccessful on each attempt. i even closed bcp down and deleted the cookies with no luck. then i tried on my other laptop and it still did not work.

(i often have the same trouble with the rakeback page)

is anyone else currently having a similar issue?

and is there any way to change the browser that the bcp client accesses from internet explorer to chrome?

I have the same problem and now tournaments aren't working either.

WTF is going on, all my mtt's have just lagged out and now I can't open client.

i was talking with a friend on skype while he was grinding, and he said everything stopped working for him too.

i cant even open the client up, that grey loading box comes up but doesnt load.

I still to this point cannot keep my sports book open and operating long enough to even make a simple bet. Can you please let me know if your having this problem to this date?

yes I have and only keep getting same response that we are working on it. But with all do respect I am looking for a little more clear answer than this. It would appear to me that shutting down the sports book rather than allowing ppl to make bets and after those original bets are placed then that individual tries to go back into the sports book and back up his original bet and he is not able to do so. I have sent 3 emails on the first 3 days of this situation and have only been told that it is an internet issue. I have not been informed of a timeframe for solving this problem. I am simply looking for answers to when this problem will be resolved so I don't find myself in another situation where I make half my baseball bets for the day and then try to log on to make the other half of my bets and can't do so.

yes I've had the same problem with my sportsbook opening/loading since early Sunday.....

it only launches and loads up correctly about 1 in 3 times.

yep, been having non-stop probs since sunday night as well.

we used to be able to open/close it w.o any probs, and as many times as we wanted. now we have to close the bcp client, reopen it and then hope the book will load.

and then there have been a few times where the book will open, but if you click on teaser or parlay it won't work, and the interface for the book just turns blue.

im quite sick of it.

yeah its annoying but I'm certain they are working very hard and diligently to fix the issue as quickly as possible; after all they(WPN) are the ones with the most to lose by having these problems drag on.

Look at that all you have to do is post it and they take care of it. Good decision to close sports until the problem is resolved WPN. You eliminated a lot of confusion and saved yourself future headaches. Good job.

i just logged in, after it took a while to load up. so it is open

but i did not try to place any bets.

Yea they turned it back on but the same problem is occurring and now I am confused.

jfc and its not working again. thursday night football game comes on in an hour too.

the book has improved tonight, and im capable of placing bets w/o it timing out.

however i am still having an issue with a script error popping up occasionally. it doesnt freeze the book or force me to close it tho. just happy were mostly good to go before sat/sun games.

wtf the book is down again. its getting ridiculous, i thought they fixed this bull****?

the window would come up, and tell me i was about to access it like it normally does, but then it instantly says "your sportsbook session has closed due to inactivity."

i ask support and he says..

Mine wasn't working either. Just talked to live chat and they fixed it for me
