They can't even fix the basics, ex. hand for hand, broken tourney lobbies, payout info when late reg closes, and fixing the payout structure. No wonder the CEO stop going on twitch. A poker site of this size with all their screw ups is an embarrassment.
you're also looking forward to a day where you play poker against only those in your state. think they'll have multi-state pacts? possibly, but NJ, NV have been around for a couple years, and they STILL haven't linked up.
you're also looking forward to a day where we're stuck with whatever licensed operators there are in your state, and if a small entity wanted to challenge them and start offering online poker, they wouldn't be able to due to the large licensing fees. sure, other casino operators in your state would be allowed to open their doors to online poker, but few will.
the best days were the unregulated days, and i think you're blind if you can't see that. pre-BF online poker in the US will never, ever return. thanks DOJ.
edit: also, if multi-state pacts ever expanded to the point where larger states like CA were linked up with other states offering online poker, it would still take YEARS for this to happen. so you're talking about something in the next decade at best.
