if he doesn't know the eta of what he is currently working on, what makes you think he knows the eta of thinks after it lol

I have RB with BCP and it's in there on a daily basis for me to claim....

I mean I think it's a fair request to know at least know what's in the pipeline. By now i fully get there are never giving us an ETA on completion.

I have not played any tourney's in awhile and now see my tourney bucks are all gone.
Do they disappear after a certain amount of time?

Also you used to be able to use TB and FPP to buy in for many real money tournaments but now it seems not many at all, unless I was looking at it wrong.

Anyone else having connection issues with any rooms on the WPN network? I thought it was just BCP, but it seems ACR is affected, as well. Are they doing much needed upgrades? Seems as if their servers are being hosted on a 14.4k dialup modem right now, and it's been like this for hours.

Once you finally get connected, it takes forever to load the table/tournament list, the rewards section is virtually inaccessible, etc.

update: Now I can't even click on a table, let alone sit down and play. WTF is going on?

Can finally sit down at a cash table, but with all this crap going on, it seems players have given up on everything, as there are only about 19 active players on 5 tables right now on the whole WPN network playing NLHE, and 9 players across 2 PLO tables.

They told me that they've canceled all tournaments until 8:30am ET. They also said that this was "scheduled" maintenance, but I received no word about this via email, and as far as that goes, I actually registered for a tournament around midnight that was supposed to start at 2am. When I logged back in about 20 minutes before the start time, I found the tournament missing from the lobby and the entry fee was returned to my account.

Apparently this was neither "routine" maintenance, nor was it isolated. Their servers just went down again in the middle of my playing 2 tournaments. When I called, (live chat is down, as well) they said give it 20 minutes on "pause" and they'll figure out what to do from there as far as refunds go.

And seriously, about last night - what friggin "routine" maintenance takes 8 HOURS? Do they really think we're that naive? If it was so routine, they would have sent out emails notifying players of this at least 24 hours in advance. Really getting pi$$ed off at the WPN network of rooms.

Unless they pre-select which tournaments you can enter based on your player class, it seems you can only buy into micro stakes tournaments with FPP (Nothing over $3 entry that I saw). At least that's what I'm seeing in my tournament lobby.

In theory they would do exactly that, but that isn't reality. You're right though, it wasn't routine.

They ended up canceling the tournaments as soon as the servers came back up. Unreal. I was even re-seated at the tables I was at before this happened, with the correct chip stack in place. When asked if they were going to re-list these tournaments, they said "nope."

And about using points to buy into tournaments - it seems that you can use them for certain tournaments, but forget about using them to rebuy/re-enter. It just won't happen. It'll take the cash out of your account to perform this function instead of using/offering to use points instead of cash. It doesn't matter if you have it setup in your preferences to rebuy/enter using comps. Anyone know if this is the way it's designed, or just a bug?

GET HAND FOR HAND PLAY IN TOURNAMENTS.

BTW, about that whole thing that happened wed night when i was deep in the 109... they claimed it was an ISP issue. if it was the ISP going down, then why was I still able to observer the other table play hands, and not be able to play my own hands on my table?

Don't believe what they tell yea. They have a history of this and everytime it seems to be a different problem. Soon they will be out of reasons.

This is the only network I've seen in years that doesn't offer this "feature." Sick of getting stuck at tables with someone that has < 10bb left and timing out every stinking hand.....like they're gonna get action when they push before the bubble, anyways...

the pop ups for satellites to the million are getting fn ridiculous, anyway to turn them off?

There's no way to turn them off but a different part of the screen/table would be less aggravating.

why is the software prehistoric? why is pokerstars software from 2009 light years beyond what WPN is offering in 2015? Why can we not see all hands at showdown? Despite all the complaints, why do those ****ING TOURNAMENT BUBBLES still pop up in the middle of the fkn screen every five minutes? Why is there no way to save a fkn layout? Why is there no hand for hand in tourneys LOL? Why is there constant disconnects? Why is there a sound glitch that forces us to mute our ****ing computers?

They are too busy trying to figure out the next jackpot table to create. This thread should be taken down because they do not implement anything we suggest.
