Apparently this was neither "routine" maintenance, nor was it isolated. Their servers just went down again in the middle of my playing 2 tournaments. When I called, (live chat is down, as well) they said give it 20 minutes on "pause" and they'll figure out what to do from there as far as refunds go.
And seriously, about last night - what friggin "routine" maintenance takes 8 HOURS? Do they really think we're that naive? If it was so routine, they would have sent out emails notifying players of this at least 24 hours in advance. Really getting pi$$ed off at the WPN network of rooms.
