I was just playing on BCP and a something popped up on all my tables, i was 18 tabling so i didn't read it thoroughly and just saw it wanted me to confirm i was a real person. It wanted me to click somewhere and apparently I didnt click on it correctly, and then it suspended my account but kept me posting blinds and folding on the tables (lol). I got an email saying:

"While doing some security tests on your account, we were able to find that you were using an assistance software in our site. This is something that is not accepted in our terms and conditions."

When i called the support rep told me it was because i didn't click correctly, which is what i figured and reinstated my account. The email kinda scares me and I dont want my funds to be taken. I was using Holdem manager and StackandTile, can anyone confirm that those programs are allowed?

Would also be cool if they refunded the blinds that i paid but im sure that wont happen

The question that was asked is used to help detect bots. I have used SaT for years, never had a problem

Exactly how long is someone given to respond? Also, does this message cover the entire table so it is easily seen? I'm asking these questions because if it is easily seen and you are given several minutes or longer to respond, I am worried that WPN is easily allowing bots to be reinstated by just feeding them a BS story like OP just did.
