no ive had the same deals, but for the most part i got a refund, but that was after i had played mtt's for four hours and just got past late registration then fought with them over how it should be a chip chop, which i got one the other day after countless times of this.

i wanna say i had a little laugh when you mentioned putting you into a 30k gtd for technical problems. not because of your personal experience but the thought at wpn EVER giving away a seat to ANY event cause they messed up. They are self proclaimed US poker gods.

Is this going to be a daily issue? I think I'm going to have to switch my daily play website if so...I'm 3/4 in a DON and have a feeling I'm getting blinded out right now with no way to defend myself. This is very frustrating. And I rarely complain. But I couldn't help it.

As much as I criticize WPN for their general incompetence, I'd hate to see it disappear. Their competitors are anonymous poker at Bovada and a network that seems to spend every day trying to find ways to screw players (Merge). I don't think WPN has ever actively tried to screw players. If they go down, it will be worse for all US-based players, even ones who never played on WPN.

came back on and sure enough i'm 4/4 with 415 in chips and down over 700 iirc.... I am going to have to slow down my play on this site until some issues get resolved. It's disheartening because I do believe they try fairly hard alex, but I think they should put all tournaments on hold until everyone agrees they can continue or they cancel them and refund all money to those who are left (SNGs anyway) and pay the top 2 or 3 w/e the case may be.

I'm a reasonably calm person and rarely go on tilt...so this is about as frustrated as I've been with any site in a while.

I'm gonna get called a brown noser or whatever, but in my honest opinion people need to show more compassion. I highly doubt the WPN CEO is sitting behind a desk with a smug look on his face right now, he's probably ****ting bricks, every single lobby is completely dead right now. Obviously in the US the only 3 major options we have are Bovada, WPN and Merge, so it really pisses me off to see people constantly say "I pulled my entire roll, you should too!" as if it's going to prove a point or something. They understand the **** is hitting the fan right now, relax, don't continue to try playing when the site is compeltely broken, and give it a little bit of time please.

And for the record, the value on this site with rakeback, bonuses, and fantastic leaderboard prizes is pretty over the top. I'm very thankful up until this point for WPN's efforts and hope things return to normal soon. I play a Bovada + WPN combo so I can still grind today, nothing stopping you guys from doing the same. As ridiculously soft as Bovada is, you'd think I make more there, but I actually average more per game as reg heavy as WPN is because the extra cash is that good.

This especially goes out to guys who have scored huge wins from the free satellite seat entries on the leaderboards and sold those seats for huge cash. On what other site can you play $5 and $10 sngs (in the world) and win a $5k cage seat back to back weeks (countryho) for almost $10,000 worth of cash in micro-mid sngs and then say the site is the nut worst? Seriously, how ungrateful can you be? The negativity is overwhelming right now, chill please.

those leaderboards are pretty much: "these guys were lucky enough to have no issues this week and got to play a lot, here's a bonus"

Myself and friends make leaderboard money weekly.. This week sure there's been a lot of frustration w discos.. But.. U should always multi site as well

Dont know if you missed my last post but what happened today was CLEARLY not a software issue, it was a network issue. When the network is running solid I see no problems with the software anymore.

There are still some software problems, but it has improved by leaps and bounds and only behind Merge in terms of American market quality.

If the network is giving back to one population and never giving to another ever virtually and as we can play higher volume who is making more to the bottom line
Besides normal rb for husngs all the rest goes to site where as not all of yours does

Added on that it kills our economy as people flock to the added cash as grind why play husng if no leader boards

If they are not taking from you it has to come from somewhere to meet the bottom line as a business I doubt the race is bringing in that much more traffic where as more skins and bitcoin did
