I am still waiting on refunds from last week
I was told to wait after this event was over as they were busy... Guess they will be even busier
So funny since when is trying good enough or all of you from the blue ribbon gen
I say they pull the plug and get their **** straight
I for one am sick if being a free beta tester for them heck actually paying to test for them
I can see why someone would be this upset. But, personally, I see this as a step in the right direction. Sure i didn't sign up to be a "free beta tester" as you put it, but there were some really good gtds. More players than there have been in who knows how long, and it seems they will rectify the situation monetarily.
The last part is the most important. i have dealt with many sites pre and post black Friday. WPN is second only to pstars when it comes to support of the players. I was recently playing on a regulated site in the US and i cant even begin to explain how terrible the customer support is. Major issues that resulted in hundreds possibly thousands of mine to be lost via disconnects/location issues and never did they even think about compensating me despite months of back and forth emails. They wouldn't even admit blame for Christ's sake. So, maybe i am just jaded and happy to have somewhere that is attempting to better online poker through a large series like this.
Sure, it wasn't a success. But it is a step in the right direction. Some people don't give a **** about a step in the right direction and just want their money back which is understandable. As for myself, I am trying to look at the bigger picture. If they can fix the issues and run something similar in the future i believe it is a net positive.
