The same thing happen to me. I was being blinded out well before WPN Rep said it was back online. I spoke with support to have them refund what they could, and requested a review from the higher ups. I had no notification that I need to close the client and restart. I generally don't do that when this happens, because sometimes I'm unable to get the client to reopen. But, it seems that a restart was necessary for some, and not for others. Next time, the best thing to do is immediately start a chat window with support, and have them tell you the moment it is back on to restart if needed.

Still waiting on refunds. It was a lot easier than I thought to actually see what tourneys I dced in w/ pt, sent them tourney #'s, exact times I was dced, I even did the icm calcs for them where relevant. Hopefully they respond soon...

tourney table froze (500GTD) and cant reconnect. Anybody experiencing same? Does anybody know if tourneys are being suspended ?

Not a bad idea, but it should be even simpler than that. A message should show up on every player's screen, telling the players what's going on. If you think it's confusing for those of us on 2+2, think about all the players who have never been on a poker forum and have no idea how to find out what's going on.

Doesn't WPN realize that if they're experiencing a high call volume, it's precisely because they DON'T rock, because clearly a lot of people are having problems?? Unless they somehow think that people are calling them to just say how awesome they are?
