Amazing question but ok, these are players that for some reason just keep trying and trying and trying and trying to play, either because they don't use forums or call support or read the messages... So they just keep trying, god bless them.
I have always found it amazing that after any update there is an incredible amount of pple just waiting to click log in as soon as the servers start up.

Report this to customer support via email they will check the records and refund accordingly.

So it seems we are back at 100% sorry for the delay on informing but of course it had to happen as soon as I left the Office... ISP solved their issue which in return solved our timming out problems.

Just had one of these, but only 1 table going. I clicked OK and then clicked TAKE MY SEAT(S) in the lobby (even though no games were listed), and the table came right back up. Hopefully helpful info on the off chance you hadn't done that. glgl

Seems like connection issues are still there. Was playing some Sngs and got disconnected twice forcing me to close and reopen the client. Doubt that it's my internet connection since somebody else in the same room is playing CS online no problems.
