Amazing question but ok, these are players that for some reason just keep trying and trying and trying and trying to play, either because they don't use forums or call support or read the messages... So they just keep trying, god bless them.
I have always found it amazing that after any update there is an incredible amount of pple just waiting to click log in as soon as the servers start up.

So it seems we are back at 100% sorry for the delay on informing but of course it had to happen as soon as I left the Office... ISP solved their issue which in return solved our timming out problems.
