I think it would be a great idea to compose a short email explaining what happened to all the players affected. If ACR sits quiet and doesn't shed any light or apologizes to it's loyal players I can guarantee there will be great loss. Trust me, I'm a marketing guru.



ACR should probably consider setting up either a Free-buy tourney or hand out Free-play money for the unexpected inconvenience.

Don't mess up your public relations. If there is no formal acknowledgment or apology it will be much much worse, GTD.

I have countless thoughts on how to improve this outfit... I just don't get paid enough to care, lol. ACR should "fire the bum" in the boardroom. Because despite the obvious technical problems, misspelled words on there website (although I think they finally caught that), and just bad customer service, there is HOPE... Remember people this site got popular fast, perhaps too fast due to its good qualities. They couldn't or didn't have the brains on there tech team to compensate fast enough. ACR is good, but has the potential to be Amazing, at least if I ran it, ha!
