edit : just got off with a Frankie A from live chat support, who says i can send an email request for one on monday morning, does that sound right? ive also made a bitcoin withdrawal on this account before, but it was before it disappeared in january when there was a button

Yeah, it sounds right. There were some issues with fraud regarding bitcoin so they are enabling bitcoin only upon individual request right now.

just curious, what kind of "fraud" can happen with bitcoins lol?

The CEO mentioned the fraud in a twitch stream but he said that he didn't want to get into the details, so I don't know the nature of the fraud. So we can only guess. It might have involved hacked accounts or possibly someone trying to launder money through the site or perhaps something else entirely.

ya they're telling me the same thing. they deducted my requested amt via email, and told me about an hour ago that in the morning if that amount returned to my poker balance, that it failed

im not sure how to get the money off now, they say they dont use WU anymore either

Do they use MoneyGram? WU is having serious problems with the Feds these days so hardly any of the poker sites are trying to use it now.

they do use moneygram... I am just disappointed... I opened a blockchain and circle account and had nothing but optimism and promise from the support staff only to find out it seems like smoke and mirrors... I don't know why this has to be so difficult...

This is what I am learning about this site from last week getting screwed over on not getting beast points for 17k hands i played. It was a bunch of smoke and mirrors and nothing to show for it. Bunch of lies i got. So i go to do a bitcoin cash out been a few days I come on here and now people are not getting paid. This company was great the week before and then last week its like they fell off a cliff. I don't know whats going on with this company but its not looking good....

yes it was i had to grind up 4000 points at 25nl. I never got my points for the 17k hands i put in at 10nl. And you know that. They know that and ignored me. You know i didn't get point my points i complained about it right after you said they fixed it in many posts. And nothing has been done since by anyone.

How many hands of 25nl did you end up playing for the week?

17189 hand at 25nl just to get my 4k points i had to play and about 17k hands at 10nl I played that were never recorded. Their answer was they don't give points for 10nl anymore. Now they are saying that I got all my points. I said i can send them my entire hand history they don't want to see it. They know they skimmed points on me. Its fine I am just cashing out. THey had to fix their system so the 10nl were scoring points again. But last week the players were not scoring for 10nl. I guarantee its well over 5000 pts I would of had. I would of not had to grind the last 2 days at 25nl if i was given my points. I ended up barely over 4k points for the 25nl grind and the 3 days of 17k hands at 10nl were never given to me. Usually for about 100 hand at 10nl you get 100 pts. So i had to make up that 1700 pts at 25nl to get the 100 bonus. I was going to grind a lot of hrs to see if i could get 250 bonus at 10nl. But they ruined that when my point were not showing up.

They promise it would all be fixed I would get all my poins to turn it around say 10nl doesn't score points anymore. THen once again this morning they tell me I got all my points. I said i will send hand history of last week if you like and they don't want it. I have proof I scored more then what is being said and they are simply ignoring me. But this isn't just me other players even at higher levels have complained they are not sure they are getting all their points. Maybe there is some kind of hacking going on with the site either way this is very disturbing. I promise you all on my familes name I am telling you the truth i was skimmed out of 3 days of 17k hands of beast points.

At this point I just want my cash out hopefully they can fix all these problems soon so we can get our money off.

Ok cashmoney... I just checked you and 3 other players around you from last weeks beast. They all raked more than you however playing bigger stakes and less hands. You weight contributed 444 dollars of rake. You do know that it is weight contributed right so its not so easy to work out but from what i can see. You recieved roughly the correct points because as i said we updated the points when i said we were. Also the next level is for $215 in the beast and that would of taken 9400 points. So you are here complaining about this when we fixed it and updated the points as to where they should of been.
