Do your job, this is borderline fraudulent. We can deposit bitcoin no problem, some can still cashout via bitcoin, most can't, and customer service is emailing syaing its no longer an option.

I've been with Black Chip for over 2 years now, and generated thousands in rake, I've also deposited with them using a variety of options and ive been verified for a long time. Sorry if you're so bitter.

Still unable to use bitcoin option. I have talked to support multiple times. Each time they give a different answer. I was told the option was taken away by bitcoin. Which is a funny thing to say.... I was told they were having technical problems. I was told "We don't know the reason why, but since it was removed from your withdrawal option therefore that is not available for you.''

The reason i deposited was the bitcoin cashout option. Its advertised, it was even on my cashier page when i deposited. I get it things happen and cashout options come and go. I just cannot understand why im told nonsense by customer service. Or why a rep comes on here and says its all good just talk to chat and they will hook it up. If the WPN rep made a mistake saying bitcoin cashouts were good to go, at least let us know so i can move on and figure out a different way to get my money off the site.

I dont work for the Cashouts department, they have their reasons for what they do. So i will TRY to help as much people as i can

I contacted security and was told "Thanks a lot for your email; it is a pleasure to assist you.Please be kindly informed that Bitcoin s no longer available as a withdrawal option for all of our players. The reason for this is restrictions we get fro our processor."

So it looks like some of us are not allowed, for whatever reason. The major problem i have is that i checked before depositing and I had the option in the cashier page. The website is advertising super fast cashouts using bitcoin. Its Still advertising this option, even at the bottom of the email that infomed me i cant use bitcoin option." . It is allowing players to deposit using bitcoin. Their rep is in here saying its all good and we will have the option just talk to support. I have not heard a word from the rep regarding my account. Its extremely misleading to players.

WPN dropping the ball here. Support gives you the run around every time, and have no clue how to handle the conversation when you mention that you know some players have it while others do not. Always say it will be reinstated but never can give a timeframe. Wish they'd just be honest and explain why it's not available to everyone.

Maybe it's better to not give a timeframe, then to give one and be way off and have players screaming about it, perhaps? Kinda like when they have downtime and tell us they'll be back at xx:00, when they're really back up and running by xx (+6):00....

It's not as simple as you think. Running a business is far different from your personal and private interactions with bitcoin wallets. It does not work in the way you presume it does.

Have you considered that maybe they don't know when it will be resolved and don't want to tell you an incorrect number?

Do you wish they'd be honest and explain the inner workings of their finances to regular joe blow customers even if in doing so it jeopardized their ability to pay you out in the future? Use some common sense, what you ask for is NOT going to happen.

Quit being dramatic, no one is asking for inner-workings of their financial department. Players just want a straight answer as to why it's available for some players and not others. Support wouldn't even acknowledge the fact when i asked. Getting 4 different answers from 4 inquiries is annoying. I like a lot of what WPN is doing and want the site to continue to grow and be a good option for US players, but issues like this need to be handled better from a customer service pov.

And don't put "Check out our preferred cash out option: BitCoin! The fastest and cheapest cash out option available, ask one of our agents for more info anytime!", at the bottom of emails to troll us.

just frustrated. guess ill let it go and just hope the option comes back. I have played on this site for 5 years and never had an issue getting my money.

glad to see nothing is resolved. why advertise check out our preferred cashout method, if only a select few can even withdraw... You would think they would want everyone to withdraw bitcoin for the simple fact that u cant trace it. Im really hoping they fix this problem. Havent loaded up anymore money since the option to withdraw disappeared.
