I hope. They don't have a formal step system so they'd either have to roll one out or idk, figure out a way to do it somehow via satty structures or something.

Hoping they will be more realistic than last year's $50 satellites with 1100 entries and only paying out 5 seats. I definitely vote for either bigger buyins to the main event or satellites to smaller wsop events.

Ok i was waiting for an official post but i will give the spoiler alert.

So starting on the 15th of this month.. The beast and SNC sats on Sundays are going to be:

Beast - 2 $12,500 PKG GTD or ok i hope i explain this well (this is why i was waiting for the official)

2 Punta Cana FULL packages GTD.

This contains
2 packages worth $9800 So if you win you can either give or sell another package and they both include $800 airefare - Total $1600. Plus you will recieve $2700 cash in your account which totals $12,500.

So in theory there will be 2 WSOP $12,500 GTD and 4 PCPC PKG GTD.

Sit N Crush tourney is - 1 $12,500 PKG and 2 PCPC PKG.

Please add WSOP satellites worth playing. I would like to see some $550+ and in a perfect world $1K's. You could run these Sunday, Tues, Wed, and Thurs for sure and they would fill without issue. Why not take advantage of the hype and be the only American site(besides WSOP.com) to run real satellites to the main instead of 500 player crap shoots? I'd think the more players WPN has in the main the better, but what do I know.

Bump. Any updates? Please add some more variety of Main Event sattys as well as WSOP sattys for some non-10k bracelet events as well. Variety is good

Or even less. I can give you sats but at the end of the day its all turned into cash and we dont even know if winners use the money to play the main.

Basically what you're talking about here are survivor tournaments, something I suggested to the ACR rep of a different forum a few months ago. For example, you could have a survivor tournament where 1 in 10 players wins 10x the buyin (i.e. $100 buyin, $1000 payouts). It's like a satellite but with no target tournament. You could brand them as WSOP satellites if it'd help, but as is the WSOP satellites are pretty pointless since I'm sure just about everyone takes the cash.

I agree with the comment about most players taking cash thats why we dont particularly want to take 100k overlay again in WSOP sats.

Have someone at WSOP that gives them cash upon arrival.

Can you smack a one seat guarantee on it? Sundays around same time as highroller would be good.

I'd make it 5 seats, but advertise it for a few weeks before doing it. Maybe run a $1060 5 seats guaranteed every Sunday in June leading up to the Main. There would not be overlay for that. You could also run satellites daily starting now to get into the $1K.

5 seats would be great but I'm not sure how realistic that would be. Also I think the $500 price point would draw more recs.

I still don't exactly understand the incorporation of the Punta Cana satellites into this one.

I hope we will still have the same usual separate satellites for Punta Cana.
