ACR told I had rakeback, now told I don't after a month ACR told I had rakeback, now told I don't after a month

I began playing on ACR last month after a confirmation via email that I had 27 percent flat rakeback.


After playing a month I realize that I hadn't received any money yet.


I emailed support numerous times who did not reply.

I messaged chat through the client who told me that I actually didn't have rakeback. At this point I was completely befuddled and asked her to reinstate it. She apparently didn't have the ability to however (although she could confirm that I didn't have it) is there any way I could get rakeback for last month's play and the future. I'm hoping to do business with ACR but if this is not possible I'd like to take my play else where



I hope that ACR amends this situation.

To see if you are signed up for Rakeback or their "Elite Benefits" vip program, just open the main client window, and look for the link near the top that says "Rewards"

If you have Rakeback enabled, you will probably see the Beast leaderboard and there will be a link above that that says "Rakeback"...Remember you have to manually click a button to release the Rakeback into your account. If you don't have Rakeback enabled you'll see info and tabs on their Elite Benefits program.

You can switch from Rakeback to Elite Benefits or Elite Benefits to Rakeback, but you can only switch once per lifetime of your account.

I don't know if ACR will pay you Rakeback for the past month. If they did, obviously they'd have to take away your combat points you've earned and any/all other rewards you've earned while you were signed up for Elite Benefits.

I'm guessing they'll tell you that you can switch now if you want, but that they won't be able to do anything for your previous month of play, but who knows. You'll just have to ask them and see what they say.

Did you confirm the email they sent you after you requested to switch to rake back? I had the same problem, then realized i never confirmed the email to okay the switch

It wasn't a confirmation that I was switching.it was to confirm that I was already getting rb

Yo. I been dealing with this problem as well. I told them I wanted rakeback and they gave it to me after they emailed me. Now it went back to vip wtf bro?

They said they are aware of the issue but still wtf.

Yeah it was very frustrating but Winning_TD sorted out everything for me after exchanging pm's. I'm sure he will do the same for you
