I'm new to online poker and I signed up for ACR two weeks ago. It says on their website that you can get 27% weekly rakeback, but I don't know how to get this. It does not appear I'm getting any money credited to my account. Any ideas? I have already contacted their support and I'm awaiting a reply, but I figured I would try here to see if it was a simple answer.

Real Newbie Question that I didn´t think it was worth starting a new thread for.

I have a question about how Benefit Points are awarded.

According to the information on the ACR website, players are awarded "Benefit Points" for being dealt into a hand ("Dealt Rake" method of point distribution).

However, if I was trying to clear a first deposit bonus, my Benefit Points are awarded according to my "Weighted Contribution".

Does this mean that there are two methods of earning Benefit points running simultaneously until I have cleared my first deposit bonus?

If so, does this apply to a reload bonus as well?
