To be more precise, 10% is what will be collected by the site regardless of the jackpot size or how many times it hits. A player's effective rake for a particular game, based on the expected average prize pool, will depend a little on the size of the jackpot available.

While on the topic of rake. For the purpose of comparing to Jackpot Poker, where rake is listed as 6%, if we use the same method to calculate rake on SNG 2.0, it's actually 9.1% (8.25% for $109s). [For example, $0.50 / $5.50 = 9.1%]
Apples to apples and all that. Alternatively, we can think of Jackpot Poker as being 6.4% rake and SNG 2.0 as 10%.
