Long story short - Last night (10/28/15) I had $40.xx in my account and decided to play some poker. I played one hyper hu omaha 8 sng and lost. Balance was $20. I then registered and played two $10 jackpot sng's. I lost one and won one, which was good for $20. This happened at approximately 9:00pm west coast time.

I did not receive my winnings credited to my account for this jackpot sng in the amount of $20. When my winnings did not appear by 10:00 pm, I emailed support and explained the situation to them. They responded with the following:

"Dear Mr Thompson

Thanks a lot for your email; it is a pleasure to assist you.

We have identified a delay with the payments for some customers, we are working on processing the winning amounts to all qualifying players, you will receive your price as soon as is possible, unfortunately there is not an specific time frame yet, but should be corrected during the morning.

This is not a usual occurrence, apologies for any inconvenience this delay may cause.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you, we are at your service!

As of 10/29/15 at 2:15pm pacific time, I have still not been paid, and now cannot get a response from support. Honestly very frustrated with this site. Please advise how I can proceed or if anyone has had a similar experience.
