Account locked, no explanation given, told to wait 1-2 days...

I was in the middle of playing a session when my account was disabled and all of my tables closed. Support would only say that my account is under a "regular security check" and that they do this on all accounts from time to time... has anyone else experienced this? It seems pretty absurd that they run a volume based promotion, then lock people's accounts while they're in the middle of the race...does my account really need to be frozen to review my play...

Well that's exactly what support said when I asked if I had done something wrong "no sir, just regular security checks, it's a normal security procedure and our company reserves the right to do this at any time"

i had this happen to me on stars once, It wasn't anything serious and I was back going in a day or 2
