Please help in the following scenarios.

You are playing Renekton. You are vs, say, Darius in top lane.

A) You just got first blood at level 2. You're at 1/4 health, have 4 pots left and have great regen due to rejuv beads and being Renekton. The waves are even.

Do you immediately recall and buy something (like a Doran's blade), or do you stay and push the lane, regening and getting a level advantage?

B) You have been dominating lane and get a kill at level 4. You have 1/2 health. Lane is even. 2 pots left.

Do you immediately recall or do you stay and push the lane?
