Like I said, this is best of both worlds for HER. Her E is ranged and melee at the same time.

I mean is there a single other damaging ability in the game that is ranged, not a gap closer, and cannot be blocked by Yasuo's windwall?

Thresh and Velkoz autos are also not blocked by windwall according to the wiki. Runaan's procs probably get blocked because they are projectiles.

disagree. it can't be melee considering it's a ranged attack. it's simply a non-projectile ranged attack. you can follow a cait auto from her gun to the target, whereas with kayle, she swings her sword and some time later someone gets hit, there's no visual projectile to watch leaving her sword and travelling the distance towards the target.
