I think plate of war mage is ok. There is no ap/armor item.

That blitz starting mana nerf. Seems so mean.

This, Sightstone already was a good item (insanely cost efficient) then they drop the cost by like 1/2? Going to be built on support, jungle and midlane. Not sure that is what they want from that item.

You can dodge, just not in your division/league series. If you dodge in the middle it will drop you from the series.
