Combining those changes to base damages and ratios, eve will now burst full hp opponent for 10% of hp less with dfg+ulti at any AP level. I don't think it's bad enough to make Eve mid unviable at least for soloqueue. You'll still have crazy roaming potential and there's always people forgetting you and/or not enough awareness/communication between enemy team. In current shape eve is by far the best mid for soloqueue, I think it can stand some nerfs and still remain a viable pick. ~56% winrate and it's still a "new" champion most of the players haven't even really mastered yet.

But I still think the ult nerf was unnecessary as they're also nerfing dfg... or at least they could've changed the ratio to 1.5% instead of going all the way down to 1%.

I enjoyed this, probably a little more than I should have.

that 10% is pretty big I think. It's likely the difference between killing someone before they can react, and allowing them to get away with a sliver of health. She will still be viable, she will just not be free elo anymore, sorry bluefox

played sona for the first time. WTF is this champion? I'm like 8 and 2 with her. So fun to go aggro mode and out-dps most adcarries lvl 1 and 2 and people get caught off guard so easily.

Then just ulti their whole team in a fight and it's gg.

Also, having zero targeted normal abilities is so relaxing. You can focus on simply positioning well.
