Ashe needs buffs ainec. She is held back by her really high cd w and tiny mana pool/ huge mana costs in lane phase and in team fight her lack of a disengage is brutal when everybody has a dash.

Doublelift playing Sivir:

When ahead, go BT because it's the fastest BF item then get Zeal so you can roam and get kills+farm.

When you're behind, go zeal if you need it, otherwise IE first.
