King high straight is correct as far as I remember.

There are 40 + 3 744 + 5 108 + 10 200 = 19 092 combinations of pat hands.
As there are 1 020 combinations of each straight, (19 092/2)/1 020 ~
9.3588235 so there are nine straights that are clearly in the bottom half.

Bigpooch: counting pats should include quads, right? But your hint was useful.
