I've had a case of the "run bads" lately, so I'm wondering if I'm playing a bit too aggressive here???

In a vacuum this probably isn't total spew, but any kind of read on UTG? What range do you think villain puts you on?

its probably a slight overplay without a read, not complete spew though. 4BB is probably a better number for you to put in on turn +river. im not surprised to see as big as #2 here.

At this level, I never see a 3bet on the turn in this situation with anything worse than #5 except from the aggro players. I think you should check-call the river because a raise on the river will put you in a difficult spot.

a raise doesnt put you in a difficult spot, you just fold.

I think this is a perfectly standard hand and it can only be spew if the level and/or player dictates that this is not a cap. That said, I still cap

This is still player dependent. Every once in a while I see someone cap turn and river with something like 87542, obviously in total tilt, or maybe they're a bit shortstacked and feel like they have to "commit" or something. I would not b/f river, either c/c or b/c are both ok.

I probably don't cap turn at these stakes and just call down against the 3bet. Against certain aggressive players this is a clear cap.
