If I'm dealt a king high 4 card badugi should I be drawing the king down or stand pat with it? Im not a fan of driving the betting with just a king high badugi but it seems odd to draw yourself out of a badugi. Any suggestions?

The weaker the other cards are the less you should want to break and the stronger they are the more. So like KQJT would be a pat or fold where K32A could often be a break. Other factors like your position, your opponents' tendencies, the betting action, your image and over-all play, etc are obviously going to come into play as well.

Yes, K32A could often be a break, like 100% of the time

KQJT is a "Discard All" because you can't bet the river.

Basically agree. Poor wording on my part.

Don't agree KQJT can't ever be played.

Win a few small pots and lose as many big pots with this hand.
