Badugi. Awful or good river bet? Badugi. Awful or good river bet?

In our home game, NL, 10 blind, effective stacks 1000, we play dealers choice and this particular Badugi hand came up.

Dealer is a super nit, but will make about one bluff a session - usually something like a naked ace, 2-7 in HE (we play 25 bonus).

Other player is a donk, but also a luckbox.

Can't recall action after pre draw, 1st draw. But after second draw (both drawing one), donk bets 100, dealer raises 100...pot is at least 400 at this point. Donk calls.

At this point, I put donk on a good three card draw. Dealer probably has badugi, or very good three card hand at worst (432 being the worst 3 card hand he would bet with)...it is a weird raise for him.

Anyway, donk draws one...dealer stands pat. Donk checks (he paired his Ace, now has A25 for three card badugi)...dealer fires out 300.

Donk folds, and dealer proudly shows a 234K, but K is not badugi card (spade with 2s), for a three card 234...he likes to show his "bluffs" - but this wasn't really a bluff, was it? I thought it was a terrible or really odd play - he really only gains if donk was playing a better three card low, and if donk checkraises (possible), then dealer makes a huge error.

Or am I reading this wrong, and it was actually a good play?

Thanks.

std HU bluff. In dealer's case, quite playable anyways, and the bet size [3/4 pot] reps a T-K Badugi, opponent feels he is screwed 80-90% of the time.
